Massive magic damage, great variety of skills, a popular PvP build. The downside of this build is that it's very vulnerable. It lacks of defense and protection. This build is mainly used for PvP since it fails at mobbing. I should also mention that the skill cool-downs are long, but due to the huge amounts of Damage, this factor isn't that much to worry about in 1v1 combat.

Good magic damage, fast, good defense, very small cool-downs, average HP. Only downside of this build, that I can think of, is that it takes excellent strategy and practice to "pwn" with this build. Many seem to think that against a player with enough Curse Resistance, this build fails hard. Only thing I have to say to that is that if this build would use Paralyze, it would be unbeatable. This is the best PvE build.

Low HP, tons of Defense, massive ToHit, none or very small cool-downs. The downside of this build is that it lacks of Damage. This build is made for PvP.

Good HP, tons of Defense, massive ToHit, very small cool-downs, enough Damage. I can't think of any downside for this build. If to compare it with the Pure DEX one then this build has more Damage and HP, but less Defense and ToHit. This build can loose against DEX-based players. A great PvE-er.
